Stone Washer Introduction:
This series screw stone washing machine is mainly used for washing material after crushed. Small particles suspended in water flow out through outlet, coarse particles sink down to bottom groove. This stone washing machine also can be used for desliming, dewatering and wash-dressing mineral ore. Working principle:
The stone washer mainly consists of groove, reducer, motor, central shaft, screw blade, and trestle, etc.
This machine is slope installation, the gravel is feed into groove through inlet (inlet position will be defined by user), it forms a settling tank at the bottom of groove, by the action of particles’ different settle speed in media, fine and light particle float on settling tank surface layer, then discharged from outlet, but big and heavy particles settle down, then be taken to the top outlet by screw. So the material is cleaned.
